Many Sandawe gathered under the big baobab tree to listen to God’s Word and give thanks and praise to Him. We are thankful for the many pastors from different villages and denominations who participated and preached from the newly translated Scriptures. The evening ended with an outdoor, large-screen viewing of the JESUS film in the national language of Swahili.
As the Sandawe continue to hear God’s Word in their heart language, please pray that they will come to know and love the Lord, the Creator of the universe, and that they will realize that “if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come.”
